At My Therapy Place, I serve individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, codependency, ADHD, trauma, addiction, life transitions,  faith transitions, and relational challenges. With over 18 years of experience in mental health, I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Attachment-Based Therapy. I also use somatic-based and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring therapy to your specific needs.

Clients have described me as calming, grounding, and empowering, and supportive. My approach is compassionate, direct, and client-centered. I am continually inspired by the resilience of the human spirit, and feel it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.
